Shipping Policy

Our rates are based on the standard and express Australia Post rates table. Your delivery fee will be visible at the checkout depending on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Free Standard Shipping for retail orders over $99 Free Standard Shipping for trade orders over $240. Australia Wide.

Depending on the condition of the item and circumstances surrounding the reason for return, a 10% restocking/admin fee may apply.

All products that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from confirmed payment. During the Christmas and Easter periods, this may be extended to 12-14 business days as most of our products are Handmade and in demand. All tracking numbers will be emailed to you when dispatched.

Overseas Shipping Policy

Our international rates are based on the standard and express Australia Post rates table. Your delivery fee will be visible at the checkout depending on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Please be sure to select Direct Deposit if you are an international customer. You do not need to pay GST. An invoice will be created for you via our accounting program and we will adjust all costs correctly based on your countries tax laws. Payment can be made via PayPal which will be available on the updated invoice.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns are not available for change of mind so please choose carefully. If you have any doubts please contact us at [email protected] our friendly admin team will be happy to assist you. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us within 10 days from the date of initial shipment, with pictures and a description of faulty items. We will happily process the refund/exchange and will confirm this via email.

Refunds for money are not possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. Postage fees are responsibility of the customer. We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
